2. 食品与健康:心血管疾病预防和管理的营养策略:2026年美国心脏病学会科学声明:美国心脏病学会报告PMID:日期:2026-09-30Nutrition is a foundational determinant of cardiovascular health and a central component of the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, chronic kidney disease, and cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome. Suboptimal dietary patterns remain among the leading modifiable causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Contemporary evidence supports a shift in nutrition guidance from isolated nutrients toward whole foods and dietary patterns that emphasize overall dietary quality, food choice, and degree of processing. This American College of Cardiology Scientific Statement reviews current evidence regarding nutrition and cardiovascular health, including macronutrients, micronutrients, dietary patterns, ultra-processed foods, and emerging nutrition-based interventions. Evidence from randomized controlled trials, prospective cohort studies, and mechanistic investigations consistently supports replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats, increasing consumption of dietary fiber and whole grains, reducing consumption of sodium and ultra-processed foods (particularly sugar-sweetened beverages and processed meats), and greater adherence to healthy dietary patterns to lower cardiovascular risk. Mediterranean, DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension), vegetarian, and other plant-rich dietary patterns demonstrate favorable effects on blood pressure, lipids, glycemic control, and body weight, and are consistently associated with lower rates of cardiovascular disease and mortality. Translation of nutrition science into clinical practice requires integration of dietary counseling, medical nutrition therapy, Food Is Medicine programs, public policy initiatives, and clinician education. Collectively, current evidence supports dietary patterns centered on minimally processed plant foods while limiting ultra-processed foods, particularly those high in refined starches, added sugars, sodium, or unhealthy fats, and emphasizing healthy sources of fats and proteins to reduce cardiovascular risk and improve population health.

4. 2026 AHA/ACC/ACS/ASNC/HRS/SCA/SCCT/SCMR/SVM非心脏手术围手术期心血管管理指南:美国心脏病学会/美国心脏协会临床实践指南联合委员会报告PMID:日期:2026-09-29The "2026 AHA/ACC/ACS/ASNC/HRS/SCA/SCCT/SCMR/SVM Guideline for Perioperative Cardiovascular Management for Noncardiac Surgery" provides recommendations to guide clinicians in the perioperative cardiovascular evaluation and management of adult patients undergoing noncardiac surgery. A comprehensive literature search was conducted from August 2022 to March 2023 to identify clinical studies, reviews, and other evidence conducted on human subjects that were published in English from MEDLINE (through PubMed), EMBASE, the Cochrane Library, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and other selected databases relevant to this guideline. Recommendations from the "2014 ACC/AHA Guideline on Perioperative Cardiovascular Evaluation and Management of Patients Undergoing Noncardiac Surgery" have been updated with new evidence consolidated to guide clinicians; clinicians should be advised this guideline supersedes the previously published 2014 guideline. In addition, evidence-based management strategies, including pharmacological therapies, perioperative monitoring, and devices, for cardiovascular disease and associated medical conditions, have been developed.
