巨大冠状动脉瘤直接与主动脉弓相连是一种罕见且有趣的心脏病理。当冠状动脉瘤和瘘管患者未通过先进影像技术进行仔细检查时，外科医生可能在术中遇到突发问题，从而增加患者的发病率。在本病例报告中，我们介绍了一例有趣病例的外科治疗及术前和术中手术策略：该患者左前降支巨大动脉瘤通过一条独立血管与主动脉弓直接相连，因表现为急性心肌梗死而通过计算机断层扫描得以诊断。
Abstract
A giant coronary artery aneurysm connected directly to the aortic arch is a rare and interesting cardiac pathology. When patients with coronary aneurysms and fistulas are not carefully investigated with advanced imaging techniques, surgeons may experience sudden problems intraoperatively, which may increase patients' morbidity. In this case report, we presented a surgical treatment and pre- and intraoperative surgical approaches to a patient with an interesting direct connection between a giant left anterior descending artery aneurysm and an aortic arch via a separate vessel, which was diagnosed thanks to a computed tomography scan, in a patient presenting with an acute myocardial infarction.
